What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.

How we use it

We use the information you send us only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to manage our work together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is held by our email and hosting providers, who act on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@tauberry.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
